ERYONE ABS GF is a high-performance composite filament based on ABS, reinforced with 10 % glass fiber. It combines high strength, stiffness, and heat resistance with very low warping, making it suitable even for printing in open space without an enclosed chamber.

Materials filled with glass fiber are abrasive – for printing it is recommended to use a hardened steel nozzle (ideally ≥0,4–0,6 mm) and to expect faster wear of brass nozzles.

Printing tips

• To ensure bed adhesion, it is recommended to use textured PEI, glass with glue / ABS juice, or special adhesion aids.
• Due to the higher stiffness of the material, keep consistent unwinding from the spool and avoid overly sharp bends of the filament in the feeder system.
• Despite the reduced odor, it is advisable to ensure good ventilation of the workspace.
