ERYONE ASA-CF Purple Red – technical ASA filament with carbon fiber for exterior
ERYONE ASA-CF Purple Red is a composite filament based on ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) reinforced with carbon fiber. It combines mechanical strength similar to ABS, high resistance to UV radiation and weathering, and an excellent matte surface. This makes it ideal for long-term functional parts used outdoors.
The Purple Red variant offers an attractive rich shade with a subtle matte "carbon" effect that hides minor layer imperfections and gives prints a premium look.

Printing recommendations
For best results, we recommend:
- Nozzle: 240–280 °C
- Bed: 90–110 °C
- Print speed: 30–100 mm/s
- Chamber: ideally an enclosed printer or at least protected from drafts
- Bed surface: PEI, glass with adhesive, special adhesion agents for ASA/ABS
- Dry filament: Both ASA and carbon fiber benefit from low humidity – drying is recommended for long-term storage
Carbon fiber is an abrasive material – for long-term printing, a hardened steel or other durable nozzle is recommended, especially for smaller diameters.
When printing ASA, it is advisable to ensure good ventilation or air filtration – the material may have a more pronounced odor typical of ASA/ABS.
Compatibility
ERYONE ASA-CF filament is compatible with most common FDM/FFF 3D printers supporting ASA/ABS, e.g., Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, Bambu (with ASA profile), Voron, and others. For stable results, it is advisable to have:
- the ability to heat the bed to at least 90 °C
