• Print speed: 30–100 mm/s (for technical parts preferably 30–60 mm/s)
• Chamber: an enclosed build volume / heated chamber significantly reduces warping
• Build surface: PEI sheet, glass, or glue / ABS/ASA slurry for better adhesion
• Drying: recommended to dry before printing (approx. 70–80 °C / 4–6 h) for maximum surface quality

Warning: ASA, especially with carbon fiber, releases a more noticeable odor and particles – print in a well-ventilated room or with air filtration.

Printer compatibility

The ERYONE ASA-CF filament is suitable for most FDM/FFF 3D printers that:

• support printing ASA / technical materials,
• can reach a nozzle temperature of at least 250 °C,
• have a heated bed of at least 90 °C.

It is recommended to use a hardened steel nozzle or another wear-resistant material, because carbon fibers are abrasive and can quickly wear out standard brass nozzles.
